Simple administrative procedures and appreciated automatic reminders
The headcount declaration period is a pivotal moment for companies. The administrative procedures are therefore simplified as much as possible so that they can focus on what matters most: the health of their employees. To achieve this, automatic reminders are sent by OH services to member companies to keep them informed of the progress of their declaration and the time remaining to complete it.
Throughout this period, reminders are sent until the declaration is complete. At that point, the reminder notifications stop. The aim of these reminders is to streamline the process and allow members to submit their declaration before the headcount freeze.

Time saving and an efficient process
The padoa journey offers a rich and comprehensive experience of employee declaration. A help centre is available to members directly in their dedicated space to assist them through the procedure. Additional explanations are provided so that they can complete their declaration entirely on their own.
The questions they are asked establish an essential working base for the following years’ declarations. For example, one of the features most appreciated by Claire Fleury and Anne Jelmoni is the ability to quickly associate risks with each employee! You can enter a specific risk for a job function in the company, and then associate that same risk with other employees in similar functions.
